112x36 19th century French raspberry silk damask curtain gold black striped str. Simple, French elegance ~ this lovely curtain dates from the late 1800's and is made of silk. The design is floral and backet in wonderful raspberry, gold and black ~ This curtain is backed in cotton ~ This is the left facing side panel, I have the right facing panel also, to view simply search my store for the words " raspberry silk " ) ~ The right facing side of this panel has gentle fading as it was exposed to the sun ~ that side has tears in the silk where it started shattering. I would hang this exactly as they are, however I don't recommend it for every day use of pulling back and closing , opening , better used for doorway curtain or other decorative use , that will protect the right faded side from further damage ~*~ It can also be repurposed ~ A fabulous Napoleon 111 textile ~*~ MEASUREMENTS: This textile measures approximately: 112 inches by 36 inches CONDITION: This textile is in as found, not freshly laundered condition.
