The seller contacted me to let me know that there was a snafu with the order (many pieces missing from the bin she’d stored them in), that she’d issued me a full refund but went on and sent the two pieces she was able to locate at no charge, and that she would send me the rest at no charge if they turn up. I received those two pieces today. Because the seller was so gracious and so embarrassed about the screw-up, I will certainly consider ordering from her again. I mean, you know, stuff happens.
Package was shipped very quickly. It is always a gamble when you purchase an item that does not come in its original packaging, but this was well protected and received in perfect shape, just as described. Appreciate the beautiful piece at a great price.
