I had a great experience! To start, I had several questions about the original Xbox I purchased, prior to making my transaction & this seller got back to me right away with all the proper information. The shipping only took a few days & the system is beautiful. The packaging was beyond great, as it was lined multiple times with bubble wrap. My only gripe was the controller, which was a little dirty, but I just cleaned it myself, no big deal! Highly recommend this seller!
Seller shipped the item very quickly and it was packaged extremely well. Unfortunately the item did not turn on when I received it, but the seller was quick to provide me with various options for diagnosing the issue or starting a return. Ended up returning the item for a refund, but would not hesitate to use the seller in the future.
Well packaged, seemed well insulated and no new damage shown upon arrival. Parts are all as described in the listing. Shipped fast, would have been even faster but there was a small hangup at my regional USPS. Overall, everything seems good, and I'm happy with purchase.
