Great seller, very communicative and spends time answering your questions. Beautiful, great huge oil painting, I was aware of the size of it, but it's so much bigger in person! Packed extremely well. Maude and her Doll is definitely haunted! She's so happy to be here since I have 7 other spirit kids here, so she's so excited to have other kids to play with. I also gave her permission to play with the carousel music box. My dog did bark at her, but he always barks at the new arrivals. Thank you!

Shipping was prompt, but perhaps a bit too prompt. I had placed an offer on this item and changed my mind shortly after purchasing. I messaged the seller stating I wanted to cancel the purchase, but they responded later and stated that they didn’t see my message and the package was already shipped… Item came as described and in nearly indestructible packaging, but I am a little peeved it couldn’t be cancelled and seller does not accept returns.

Quick replies to messaging. When I thought I had a mistake with my shipping answered quick and dug in even further to find out why my package went to a different area first. Made sure to notify me once my package was delivered also. Packaging was beyond expectations. There was no way the product could be broken with how well it was packed. Item is exactly as described and pictures and was in good working condition.
