Item as described, arrived fairly quickly despite mix-up. Seller is probably an Amazon drop shipper. Amazon must've marked my package as delivered and sent a bs picture to seller. Item arrived today. Overall, it got here 3 days, all good but be aware. Seller was also very responsive to questions
My package did not arrive on the date even though the status showed that it had been delivered. I informed the seller and they responded quickly. I received the product when they ensured it would arrive (the second time) and all is good. The 3-pack eye masks are perfect and good value.
