I wish the seller reached out to me ahead of time to address the delay, rather than forcing me to inquire as to its whereabouts a week after ordering. Unfortunately, someone's birthday gift was late. I would consider buying here again, but please... some better communication in the future!

  3. The first mug I received had a slight tear on the wrap around the mug. I contacted the seller with a couple of pictures. They were great! Asked if I wanted a refund or a new mug. I chose the mug, and no questions were asked. They sent out a new mug, and it looks great. I would order from this seller again! Thank you!
