The item came poorly protected (in a plastic shipping bag with no additional padding aside from what the product comes with, and the cardboard part of the package was very beat up including part of it being ripped off before it shipped. Disappointing that the description didn't include any text about it being damaged, and listed it as an "undamaged item". It looks like the actual toy is unharmed, but we'll see when batteries are put in.
Says it comes in the original box. There's no box, they just taped the bottles. How do I know If it's the right conditioner? Could be some Cheap dollar conditioner for all I know
