Unfortunately, the item advertised is not the item sent. The listing shows a real HydroJug, but the product received is a SHEIN version. I was disappointed, though the seller did initiate a refund fairly quickly once I requested it. I did not receive any explanation when I reached out. Just something to be aware of.
Tumblr arrived in new, sealed, unused packaging. Arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Unfortunately the coloration was different from the listing picture. Seller did initiate refund upon request.
