I wanted an inexpensive pair of seat covers for an old Camry I had and these were perfect. The seller mailed them the very next day, but the carrier took over 20 days to deliver them. Tracking information was provided which showed that the package at one time was sitting in the same place for 5 whole days. In my opinion, that is unacceptable to hold on to packages for 5 days before moving them on to the next destination. I would consider a different carrier if I were the seller.
Item was refunded when ups lost the item. I reordered the product and it was delivered in good condition. Box was still damaged and gift was missing but I didn't need the gift anyway. Seller is great to deal with and product is a great value and looks great too. Good quality for what you pay.
Good seller, ships fast. Slightly nicer than typical replacement mats. They should have been shipped in a box, not folded in a plastic bag. I will have to leave them flat with a weight on them for a few days to flatten them. Not bad, but was hoping for better, 4 1/2 stars .
