At first, I was a bit disappointed because the total value of the games was lower than expected based on the description. However, the seller listened to my concern and kindly offered a partial refund to make things right. Thank you for handling the situation fairly and professionally.   2. Games arrived in creative packaging. The two games I requested were included and they chose enough games to fill the box (4 additional in my case, but I imagine it could be fewer for some people if you choose larger games). Very happy with the transaction, even with international shipping they arrived relatively quickly and given the packaging/weight restrictions they did a great job in a small space. Clearly they have "do more with less" figured out!

  3. Super fast postage. Both games I asked for were included in the bundle. Item wasn't quite as I was expecting as there was a little more space left in box than I thought, & one of the games was actually just card holders. Overall was 1-2 games lighter than I was expecting. Seller was very quick to respond though & a satisfactory outcome was reached. Would definitely recommend them on the basis of this excellent customer service.
