  1. The pattern is “cut” not pre-cut as described. I’ll say it was not misrepresented, as I don’t know how knowledgeable the seller is on sewing patterns. Pre-cut is a pattern that the tissue pieces are separately cut and enveloped that way from the manufacturer. A “cut” pattern is one cut/used by the purchaser…i.e. put to fabric and used. Pattern was complete, so I’m fine with my purchase. Well packaged and shipped just fine.
